Shipping Policy

All orders over $500 within the continental U.S. qualify for FREE Ground shipping!


We offer a variety of shipping speed options via Fedex. We can also ship by any carrier of your choice (this requires a prepaid shipping label provided for your order)

International clients may wish to use a freight forwarder as we do not handle shipping of any items outside the United States.
Picking up / Will Call - can be scheduled with your Account Manager.


Backordered items will ship as they become available & will not incur any additional shipping charges.


Orders are normally produced within 5-15 business days (depending on the complexity of your order) & are shipped as soon as they are completed. If there are any issues, we will contact you via your preferred contact method to resolve. 


Once your order has been processed for shipping, an email containing the tracking information will be sent to the email registered to your account. If you find an error or are missing this information, contact your Account Manager immediately.
