International clients may wish to use a freight forwarder as we do not handle shipping of any items outside the United States.
Picking up / Will Call - can be scheduled with your Account Manager.
Backordered items will ship as they become available & will not incur any additional shipping charges.
Orders are produced within 10-15 business days & shipped as soon as they are completed. If there are any issues, we will contact you via your preferred contact method to resolve.
Once your order has been processed for shipping, an email containing the tracking information will be sent to the email registered to your account. If you find an error or are missing this information, contact your Account Manager immediately.
