Refunds, Returns & Replacements
We stand behind the products we produce and sell. Due to the nature of customized products, all sales are final, with the following exceptions.
Defective or Incorrect Products
If you receive an item that was manufactured incorrectly or not what you ordered, immediately contact your Account Manager to obtain a return shipping label. Returns will be accepted for exchange or replacement, at our discretion, within 14 days from time of shipment. The returned items will be tested or diagnosed to determine the issue before issuing replacement items.
In the unlikely event CBD Liquid Labs needs to recall a batch associated with a raw material, your will be notified immediately. We will issue return shipping slips and inform you of the exact item / batch number to be recalled and returned to us.
Undeliverable or Unauthorized Returns
CBD Liquid Labs will not accept unauthorized returns. Packages without a return authorization will be refused upon return to our warehouse. The quickest way for us to handle a return is for you to accept delivery and then contact us about sending the item(s) back. We can not process replacements or refunds until we receive and inspect the product.
CBD Liquid Labs is not responsible for undeliverable shipments. Please verify your shipping address with your Account Manager before approving any order. We require adult / direct signature on all orders, so please ensure this is available at time of delivery to avoid delays.
CBD Liquid Labs is not responsible for third party shipping companies delays or damages. Please verify with your forwarder their insurance policy as CBD Liquid Labs does not add insurance to third party shipping companies. If you shipping company has any special packaging requirements, please inform your Account Manager before approving order - a special shipment handling / packaging fee may apply.
